I have found light cord in walls, burned connections, knob and tube that is faulty and buried live wires.

The best plans need to add: that rates can jump 5%; the barn burns down and the arsonist lives to sue you.

Was thinking I could split costs with him but that might be money that I'm just burning if I can't get him in contract.

It's about burning a company name, image, values into a persons brain and that take repetition of message, hence the bajillion KL billboards ALL of which are the same branded message, over n over n over n over until it haunts a person in there sleep.
