If they are two entirely separate structures unrelated to each other in any way legally, then I believe that you will experience a lot of trouble and few advantages in attempting to bundle both properties under one mortgage.

I can add that you need to make sure it's filed as a judgment  and hopefully you have work information as part of your records to attempt a garnishment.

Thx ok,  here's a question for the smart people:When attempting to estimate a property's ARV "potential", how much weight do or would you put on sales that occurred right before the bubble burst,  I.e,  2008-09, as reported by zillow, trulia, etc?

The other is a nicer vacant that we are going to attempt to get a deed in lieu, though if we need to, Michigan has fast foreclosure times on vacant properties.
