I know they'll definitely take care of any HVAC situation but you can also talk to them about anything else.

We are hardly in the same situation today, but lending standards are loosening up.

Hello,I am based in Los Angeles and would like to get opinions on my situation and if there's anything I haven't thought of.  

Do you always keep the tenants or have you had situations where they're not ideal tenants to keep and what do you do then typically?

Is there some service that can provide contact information (name, address) of folks who are currently a 2-3 months late on their mortgage or possibly in a pre-foreclosure situation?  

I am in a unique situation, as I bought a 2,700 square foot new construction home in 2015 and learning more and more about house hacking this year, I am wanting to buy a "duplex, 3-plex or 4-plex" by next year.

Has anyone else been in this situation and what did you do?

Also, both of these companies were used in the renovation process and I can not attest to how well they work in an emergency situation.
