No fence around the pool, but the law didn't require one and the yard was fenced. 

I currently work for a lumber company and I primarily sell to retail lumber yards, distributors, office wholesalers (jobbers) and General Contractors (GCs).

He said the only way to check it was to have a crew come in and start digging up the yard. 

It was already getting hot over here before COVID and now everyone likes amenities like quaint small towns, big back yards, and lots of nature close by. :-) For 2/3 the price of what you get in Seattle.

Keeping the roof patched, heat on, yard watered and mowed, etc. 

Some are carpet and paint, some are that plus baths, kitchens, yard, etc.

Biggest decision right now is to either put real feel turf for the back yard or have grass laid down. 

I would recommend getting a professional in there to see if any of the home is salvageable or if it needs taken down to the foundation.  

Show the insides of the closets, show the views out the windows, be specific about which rooms are on which level, walk around the yard, etc.  

Three floors, plus the garage and back yard, stacked from floor to ceiling it was!
