Many times the seller will know they are artificially high on ask and will respect a fair negotiation.

My mother still works in her respective field and commands a great salary but she lost her patience with the property after some major setbacks and lessons learned through being a landlord.

I would love to get some approximate numbers on respectable costs for this type of work.I manage a 40 unit property in Connecticut and our snow removal bill for this past snowstorm of 15 inches was $1,500 dollars!

They profit from the bid-ask spread (think about exchanging currency in an airport) and from the aggregate of investor behavior with respect to market cycles (when a market is at its peak investors tends to buy; when a market is at its low investors tends to sell).
