Question 1) does the depreciation recapture follow thru the 1032 exchange where you still keep track 50k worth of recapture?

I use it for my personal portfolio as well.

My plan is to use the LLC to acquire properties and to be the employer for the property manager when I actually acquire some walls and a roof besides my own personal home.

The cost of this is meaningless and it keeps them happy.B) They have a tub in the unit.
