A friend begged me to rent to his mother.

As long as i can remember i have always told my self i would never work for a boss for the rest of my life, and that one day i would become my own boss. i grew up single mother , no father figure, and low income. so the "struggle" was and still is a constant reminder of how important making it to the top really is to me.

I like the “ steals supplies and materials from the neighboring houses” part lol now that’s creative .neccesity is the mother of invention lol  Who needs home  depot or Lowe’s ?  

For example, if you have a one bedroom unit which is occupied by an infant, the mother, and the father, there are three occupants.

Apparently her mother had passed away so she had the option to move back to the family home.

With my mother's ashes we even found the screws and pieces to her ankle surgery and from her hip surgery when we spread some of the ashes.

She just became a licensed nurse practitioner and I’ll be starting in real estate, even though job security for me won’t be strong in the beginning we decided that we would use it as a way for me to learn more about real estate before we start investing.
