I am a moderate person in all my approaches, so I just run 4x per week at 5 k each (restarted in Feb after 2 years off), eat fries/ice-cream/original sin foods only 1x each week, and eat mostly middle-east home cooked diet.

My advice is to limit your use of credit cards to front costs that are reimbursable with a bank draw in a loan that you have originated.

you could do that but there are stiff fees for cash advances but I guess if you do that and your credit score doesn't take a huge hit then fine but not the way I would do it.
