It's not on my application, but I also don't accept anyone with recent criminal charges, any violent/sexual offenses, or any evictions.

So lets say you are alone walking home, with your fishnet stockings on, high heels toes painted pink, your long hair nicely in a pony tail and your mustache neatly trimmed (you weirdo) and this is a one way road you are walking on mind you.. and further up ahead you see a violent gang causing ruckus.

Even when the city considered implementing restrictions, the residents shot it down and wanted the city to focus on violent crime.

Nobody is dealing drugs or committing violent crimes within 1,000 feet of an elementary school.

For screening, I have a minimum credit score of 620 (but this could be different for you), no previous evictions, and no violent or financial felonies.  

The eastside tends to have spots of high and violent crime, so it tends to have a worse reputation and lower values, but we still do pretty good with our rentals there.We also see a few opportunities in the other in exterior townships as well.

I don't know what type of transitional housing we are talking about here, but be aware of violent offenders and/or sex offenders and what the risks are having them live in your property.

Overall crime is up 3rd quarter year over year by 4.5%, property crimes are up 7%, violent crimes are down 5%, but homicide has increased by 26% in that same time span.
