Most renovation mortgages are either refinances, purchase deals where someone found the property off-market (so no listing agent chasing a paycheck), or purchase deals where the house is not in financeable condition but for some reason all cash flippers don't like it.This cat urine smelling hoarder special, which was utterly disgusting, for example, no flipper wanted to touch.

Sorry you had to go through all that, I fully agree.. they are the absolute worst & their 10% is utter BS when it comes to them taking control your hard earned units, they refunded 1900( attempted to )when guests complained cleanliness issues, upon asking turns out that they had neighbours trash litter in their compound  shown as evidence !

One of these features is anyone that visits their website and bounces, the website will automatically skip trace that contact.I am sitting here in utter disbelief.

This field is utterly useless in all situations except mixed personal/business use.

With this new perspective, I have to agree that the original post was "vague", "absurd", and "utterly useless".

Further, arguing with a person who is not here and we can't know what they are or are not actually saying while you post for them seems like an utter waste of my time and space on the boards.

If your retirement utterly depends on having adequate cash flow from your properties, any downturns will cripple you.

I worked in a profession for 25+ years that, looking back, with 20/20 vision,  by all accounts, was a complete and utter waste of time/money.

It’s utterly ridiculous a tenant is asking you to replace windows.

I talk to borrowers every day who express their utter despair that there's no reason to carry on because the market took it all away.
