They had sprayed on the walls, so I hopefully removing the sheet rock will help with the urine smell too.

One of my units needed the subfloor replaced because the tenant's dog didn't go outside and the urine/feces soaked into the subfloor.

Get ready to have dog urine/feces everywhere, trash strewn throughout the house and backyard, broken windows, fires, drugs, tenants who steal utilities and cause the house to become condemned, tenants who appear to intentionally break things, snakes, prostitutes, crackheads that steal any metal or anything of nominal value in or around the house if it perceived to be vacant.I've never even bothered to ask whether any of the applicants smoke because my assumption is that they probably do and I really don't see it as a factor.

My insurance doesn't approve of those "certain breeds" of aggressive dogs, so we don't allow them.Cat urine is a crazy difficult substance to get out of a house, so I do not allow cats (even though I have one myself).

I could find nothing wrong with the house other than the atrocious smell of cat/dog urine, and staining of the hardwood floors.

I could tell it was a girl because of the cave painted pony drawings that were etched into the wall next to the “My petite horse” sticker.The other consideration of this delightful endeavor was the urine soaked carpet on the main floor that had long since dried into an orange a crusty coral that quickly become sentient.
