I saw this unfolding... but wasn't set up for what Telegraph Road and (related) Dorothea Gardens Development were doing, and back 15 years ago The Wood Pile LLC... some of these events were not hard to see.

We're the same age and starting out around the same time so I look forward to seeing what awesome stuff unfolds for us.

There’s so much to unfold and it’s definitely overwhelming but I thought I would ask those who have been in my shoes before.

I think they may not legally be able to contract.But I have seen a fellow who worked over nights as (on foot) uniformed security in a 100+ unit complex, in a decent neighborhood who could handle it.Roaming the parking lot shining a flashlight between cars and in the bushes.Does that mean everyone could--I doubt it.You'll probably have to just wait and see what unfolds--and enjoy life along the way.And some of these guys grow up really strong and can (part time) unload trucks and stuff like that.Good Luck!

If something is unfolding in our life, it should be.

It will interesting to see how it unfolds with higher interest rates and a $15/hour minimum wage.

I have a situation unfolding and even though I have a feeling about this already I felt like asking other landlords for their advice... and it doesn't hurt to add stuff like this to my knowledge base.
