For a 5 bed, 3 bath house, it may be difficult to get random travel nurses to all share a 5 bedroom place.  

Willing to travel a few hour radius as well. 

Typically something like this we would coordinate a time when the tenant is out of town traveling etc.Also 3 days for a shower seems excessive.

With lower commission fees, investors could increase their ROI on properties they intend to hold for shorter periods or those targeting travelers, temporary workers, or tenants in transition.

Will take this into the thought process; yes, I am out the earnest $, the travel, etc. already.

Starting 10/1 i will have a vacant unit in each home and I am considering trying airbnb in my guttenberg home and maybe a travel nurse housing in the Hackensack home  (10 minutes from Hackensack Marridean Hospital).

It’s off of a very traveled road with frontage, so it could be used for commercial or residential according to the zoning. 

Water could find it's way there and travel ways away from the point of penetration.
