My thoughts are this would help the building gain traction and bring in some revenue.  

Hey guys, I have an idea we believe has some traction and potential.

May be small now, but gaining massive traction.

You might have the budget to do the first round but if you don't get any traction, you might quit before giving it a solid chance.

I would be happy to discuss partnership arrangements with this agent on a deal-to-deal basis.I will continue to update this thread if it gets any traction, and I will be pushing myself to actually come up with a concrete plan to start.  

The ground partner brings knowledge, experience & sweat equity.If the ground partner has to rely on the money guy's knowledge & experience I do not see much if any value from that ground partner.I wood recommend that newbie's just getting started save up their own capital to do a few deals and gain some traction or work for a more experienced investor.

I posted this in the beginners forum yesterday and it did not gain any traction.

Find an agent that works with real estate investors, typically a younger hungrier agent that trying to get some traction in their new career.

I have attended the BLINDFOLDS REIA and Traction REIA in the past as well. 

I also attended Traction REIA, it is good for networking but expect a lot of up selling.
