Given the area of Del Cerro, we used high end finishes throughout and every detail was carefully picked out from the door knobs to the iPad control station to Bose surround sound throughout the house to LED mirrors to the Versailles travertine floors to the wall hung toilets to the custom cabinets w/ granite countertops, etc...Nothing was left untouched!

If property is vacant you should put toilet paper in every bathroom.

That doesn't mean you won't get calls or have repairs to do, but it does mean that you can have a cordial relationship with them and they won't call you at 3am because their toilet is clogged (one of the landlord clichés, BTW, in 15 years I've never had anyone call me in the middle of the night.)

It connects around the outside of the house, and back inside, to a toilet sewer pipe (I'd hate to see that washer after the toilet is plunged).

Unfortunately do not like tenants and toilets and thats why I invest in land. 

If everything pans out well and the numbers make sense, maybe we could tackle a deal together.

I have been spoiled and do not deal with tenant and toilets, I invest in vacant land. 

There was no toilet flange, so no firm seal to the pipe... 

I mean what are you going to do run water and plumb a toilet and tie into the existing sewer/drain field?
