A combination of lack of infrastructure partnered with historic highs in population growth specifically in new international students pouring into the area to attend Cape Breton University, has presented less then a 1% vacancy rate on the island. 

But if I pull form surrounding areas I feel like my max listing would be about $285,000.

In Chattanooga or surrounding areas of Chatt?

If anyone has any recommendations on what surrounding cities I should look into I'd greatly appreciate it! 

Areas like Williamsburg have small multi-family properties trading at a premium when compared to Bushwick, Bed Stuy, Ridgewood, and surrounding neighborhoods.

I’m looking for residential multi-family’s in the the Tampa Bay Area, so that includes mostly all surrounding cities.  

We renovated the upstairs with included: new kitchen countertops and backsplash, adding a half bath and laundry room to the main floor, refinishing the hardwood floors, painting everything, refreshing the main and master bathrooms (paint, new fixtures, regrouting tub/shower surrounds).
