We are currently stationed in Alexandria, VA; but are focusing our search for new multi-family opportunities in the Norfolk area, as we are familiar with the community and plan to return there.

A station will be opened at Stockton/Washington with service starting in 2019 so expect the demand of property within walking distance of that station to appreciate in the following years.

Hi @Marc Weisi, when looking in Bayonne just be aware that there will be a property tax revaluation sometime in 2018/2019 due to all the redevelopment plans around the light rail stations and the new ferry terminal (if approved). 

I'd take my kids to the farmers market and train ride every weekend when I was stationed in San Diego. 

The property is at really great location, right next to train station and suburb downtown.
