I read your post a few hours ago and started thinking about. 

Rents have gone down since I started my research.

I was wondering how other people managed to start scaling their business faster. did you guys work with partners or do any deals?

It’s a beautiful old house and would be a real gem if it was restored, but I don’t have the funds or a credit score good enough to get a loan that big (without an insane amount of interest tacked on).I’m hoping to turn someone on to it who loves restoring old properties, or start investing in a group that does and tell them about my house and invest as a team.

If these folks have skills and work ethic they will end up employeed start a business or some other Venture.

A little background: Feel free to scroll down for the main reason of this post...I started out in 2011 trying everything to make my start in real estate but was not successful until 2015 when we purchased our first duplex in Fresno CA.

First let me say, that I am totally impressed with how the company is run and that starts with Sharad.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

We’re hoping to start small and are looking at markets, such as Buffalo or Rochester, NY.

Do you also use Redfin/Zillow as a starting point?
