What advice would you give a newer investor (with rehab and buy-and-hold experience) transitioning into the land development/building industry?

Hi everyone,I currently own a few rental properties, but I’m looking to transition into real estate syndications.

I have found that some properties I have purchased run smoothly, and others, no matter what I do, don't, and those are the ones I sell.

The negotiation process involved understanding the seller’s needs and highlighting the benefit of a quick and smooth transaction, ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties involved.

I knew I had to make a change.In early 2019, I transitioned to leveraging the MLS instead of only relying on the cash buyers list.

I think we could transition this from a medium term rental property to a nightly property and do well, but that would require more time, money and effort from me which I don't have at the moment as I have just acquired a large campground.

Would look at the transit systems going N/S/W and build and buy outside of town along the tracks.
