Do I still have to take out an easy permit to correct these violations.I'd be worried about the interior inspection though, that signals that the inspection was likely caused due to a tenant calling 311 for a complaint about the property condition.

Keep in mind that you may have to do some significant rerouting of your plumbing depending on how the builders ran the original pipe, in a top bottom they might have too much common pipe to get the metering done.There are companies out there if you look into it that you can contract with they will install the meters, get the reads over cell signal, and then bill the usage back to the tenants.

Our buyer adjusted the purchase price and resubmitted the offer to Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo is now stating that according to HUD it will require the ex-wife whom is on the mortgage but not the note to sign all documentation that the Husband has signed prior to issuing an approval letter.We have sent the divorce decree and quick claim deed from the Ex to the other spouse.Wells Fargo has rejected all variances requests?
