I will say that I am still a newer landlord so I guess take my last sentence with a grain of salt.  

"Our policy requires..." and "Our lease requires..." are great ways to begin your sentences in order to keep yourself on track. 

The first sentence should read "I have been investing in pre-construction condos in the Riviera Maya since 2017, targeting Playa del Carmen AND TULUM".

No matter how you package that sentence, those words... it all means the same.Without credibility (i.e. people believing you can do what you say you can do) you will make no deals.Again, this has very little to do with a brand, per se.

If only I had a nickel for the amount of times I've heard infinite banking/whole life in the same sentence (spoiler alert: I would be very rich).
