For now, just follow the first sentence in this paragraph.Also, you should have some sort of signed agreement that if he vacated the property for more than say 2 weeks and rent is not paid that you can remove his stuff and...whatever...call a friend he identifies to get it, place it in a storage unit and mail him or a friend the combination.

HUBZU then spent the rest of the afternoon trying to 'bully' us into dropping everything and coming back to the closing site in the evening - as they said "Our contract was going to expire and we would lose the property" - (we threatened (another) lawsuit - as this had become an almost daily sentence that we have had to use).

Let a simple check or letter signify what the staus is, and you won't have to read long sentences or notes about what's goin on.Even with computers, ATC still uses flight strips as a manual control system.
