One option that might be kind of middle ground, or maybe selfish by myself... 

Many of us got into real estate so that we could control our financial futures more and not be at the mercy of market whims or others' selfish interests.  

It is a stupid selfish impatient wholesaler and an agent without vision that are on the opposite ends.What do you think..

I am not sure if it is a generational thing, societal selfishness, fear or what.

There is a very small percentage of homeless that truly wish to better themselves and have just fallen on hard times and thanks to the greed and selfishness of many, most can't get the help they deserve.

A question I would love to see answered (obviously, for selfish reasons) is:“How to analyze and value a MHP”Understanding that POHs should never be used in the calculation of CAP Rates, does individually metered city water/ city sewer taps increase the value versus individually metered city water/septic tanks versus master metered versus well water, etc?

But reasons are selfish, I would like to see what you guys look for in PMs and what you don't like so we can make changes to ours.
