I personally think they are a good company (that's why I hired them) but they may be too 'busy' for small fish like us.

Cash flow is definitely the biggest challenge; both in terms of finding properties to buy that cash flow with a loan on them and just company wide given interest rates and labor/material is up and, at least where I'm at in Jackson County, MO, taxes are way up too. 

This includes all structural drawings, exterior drawings, framing plan, mechanical plans, plumbing plans, electrical plans, gas line plans, roof layout plan.I tried to work with a couple of firms and the pricing for all these came all over the places.I also came across a company called flip16.com (September Development, LLC)  who said they can do all of the civil engineering and architectural drawings work at a fraction of the price compared to those civil engineering and architectural firms.

If you don’t have access to title company services, go to Norwalk recorder’s office and “chain” out the ownership and open mortgages.

Now we are in 2025 and although I still own the trucking company, it has been an inconsistent pit that has technically brought me personally no profit.

It is a great company.

One of the SF (which if I go this route will be my starter home) is at the heart of my city within a 10 minute drive from almost EVERYTHING while the second is a bit on the outskirts and near all of our oil and gas company's (hundreds as per google).
