There was just a tiny house retreat on Shark Tank this week.

Dallas/Ft Worth suffered a slight retreat in values, owing mostly to the lack of buyers available in the market.

Then they try to sell you a more expensive package or real estate retreat where "the real knowledge is gained."

After an hour, we excused ourselves and retreated to one of the "Foodie" hot spots a half block away, and over espresso (coffee wouldn't have been strong enough), called our realtor, got a quick  confirmation that it was a hell of a deal, and decided to take the plunge.

I'd market it as a retreat center- bed n breakfast- hunting camp - or something like that.

He then gives me a rough point of where he believes the line is, I ask him to remove the trash and retreat his encroachment (landscaping) and that was the end of that conversation (while my cat is rubbing all over his legs - lol).

Their quote to re-treat w a 20 year product is $2196 - along with the annual $160 inspection fee.

If there are still fleas, notify your landlord immediately so they can call Orkin to have them retreat the place.

Main difference of course is that underwriting standards are much, much stricter now and today's investors will think twice about walking away from a property if the market retreats.
