Termite treatment cost

I bought two side by side fourplexes in June. The pest control company that had contract w previous owner just contacted me. They have been doing annual inspections and insuring against termite damage. They state that the treatment last used (one building 1992 and other 1996) is losing effectiveness. Their quote to re-treat w a 20 year product is $2196 - along with the annual $160 inspection fee. Is this a reasonable fee?
