What markets are you interested in investing in, your target market?

Vacasa is more of a marketing company, not so much actual property management.

Also, I don't know anything about the property but if it's under rented it may not be in market rent condition.

If you can, I'd try to focus on buying deals that has multiple exit strategies than just STR - for example if it debt covers with LTR with an option to do STR, you are reducing your risk significantly.Both strategies (STR and BRRRR) works in pretty much all markets if you make it work, especially BRRRR.

A lot of investors are in your same position at the moment in the local area and are AirBNB-ing the properties while they're listed on the market to at least make back some of the holding costs.

They "may" have access to some off-market listings, which aren't on here or the MLS, but in regards to info there's absolutely not a thing.

Look at their marketing strategy.
