We walked the house and clearly there was an addition added at some point.Is this an issue that the title report and MLS doesn't match? 

You can re-freeze your report if you want. 

I called VRBO CS and they told me that this woman actually reported my profile. 

Now he reports not being able to pay his end and doesn’t want the property anymore.

In addition tenants can choose to have their payments reported to a credit bureau to build their credit.

When things go wrong the “passive investor is helpless to do anything about it; sure he can display his displeasure by emailing the “sponsor/manager”, complaining on BP or Facebook; report his frustration to a governmental agency.  

This includes operating your heating and air-conditioning system as appropriate to reduce humidity, using appropriate ventilation, limiting evaporation of water, promptly removing any visible mold, and immediately reporting to us any leaks or other water intrusion into your apartment or any visible mold that you cannot remove.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

That way, I have my agent's opinion, an inspection report, and an itemized bid from my contractor.
