His apartment buying course helped walk me through my first 12 unit complex in my backyard of Northwest Arkansas 6 years ago. 2 years ago I also joined his platform builders program as I was building my portfolio from 500 units to now just close to 6000 units through syndication.He has a few different programs and think he is definitely one of the better in the educational space when it comes to buying apartments as long as you are taking action!

I actually work with the Michael Blank organization and my coaching organization provides the ongoing certified high performance coaching that is part of the mentorship program.  As

I give each tenant their own code to get in, and when they move out I delete the code and program a new one for the new tenant.

Is a mentor program a sure fire way to get you from a beginner to an expert? 

@Donna McgheeMaybe you should look into a mileage tracking program as mentioned instead.

Also, while not as common as commercial leases, any house Triple Net Leased would not qualify as the government wants to see an "active trade or business" for the OZ fund (see link below).That is unfortuantely one of the many issues with releasing a program as large is this in 3 parts over an almost 18 month period.

I am looking for multi-family syndication program as an investor and a great network to learn the process and learn analyzing "the good" case.

Also, please share the cost of the program as I'm having a difficult time getting that information.Thanks,Jason

There can be a learning curve with getting approved for the program as a landlord and the different processes that occur with inspections and annual recertifications (when the tenant sends in new income info and their rent portion typically changes), but with one, it shouldn't be a big deal.   

@Eric Banjo Camardelle I think it is legit but I have not received any funds from this program as of today.
