(yes they rather google first than call a strange number on a shady postcard through mail)... they see ME ranking #1, and being WAY better looking then those that send mailers they call me either thinking I send the mailer or they find me WAY more credible (good looking) that you and BOOM.None of those methods are good.

What do you think I should put on my postcards?

I need to do some farming and circle prospecting for specific buildings and be able to contact (not via another postcard) their owners. 

I've sent out some postcards to a D4D list so far, and found a few cash buyers.
