Was wondering if other people went down this avenue

Hello, wanted to get peoples thoughts on long distance rentals and how I should best prepare --I have two 3 unit buildings in Chicago that I have owned for several years.

There will always be demand for something that is comfortable and affordable for 1-2 people.

Most people who want to start in wholesaling think that it's a great way to earn income to become an investor.

But, insurance costs are likely to rise, making getting mortgages for most people even harder to get.What is likely to happen is more creative financing going forward, private lending to increase and smaller houses being built in the future. 

I’m sure there are a few successes stories in his group but for the majority of people that get in his group they are just wasting their money!

Get super familiar with your location of choice and work with people who have your best interests.

It is an amazing city with great people and plenty of opportunities in the real estate space.

Why do people who say the only people doing well today are the people who bought long ago (10+ years)?  

I have taken at least 100 people out to coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner to let them know what I do.
