Without seeing the house, I can basically wager that you're perfectly fine if those are the only "issues" that came up.Too much Holmes on Homes has convinced people that when there's a pin hole leak in a pipe you spend $50,000 remodeling the kitchen.

Given my familiarity with Winchester, I'd wager that this is C-class asset, which reinforces my suggestion not to manage from a distance.Although there have been significant issues, the tenant isn't entitled to withhold rent or dictate terms to you. 

I'd take that deal, and anyone who deals with the courthouse steps property would too i'd wager.

I don’t have the data on it, but I would wager most property owners aren’t even aware that they can be added to their renter’s policy.

I'd wager there's a higher percentage of home owners than we figure that even got in H1 '22 that are underwater and cannot afford to drop their list price anymore. 

@Dana Whicker here reminds us how automation put 10's of thousands of elevator operators out of work.I don't know what all of them did with themselves, but I'll wager 6 to 18 months later, almost all of them found gainful employment elsewhere and 10 years later, none of them wanted to go back to operating elevators.

No one can dispute California's insane real estate appreciation over time, though I would wager that is heavily concentrated in the Bay and LA metros.  

Safe to say all of these TV shows are a complete joke, the only reason to do them is if you want to parlay the TV show into "education" where you scam people for $30,000 at a time.
