While the median list price nationwide stayed the same as last year, homes did see a price increase per square foot.

So secure a great tenant, understand the characteristics of the community and build an outstanding working relationship!

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).
