I want to ensure I am sending my personal banking information to up standing lenderthere Is no reason up front to send banking information.. you can redact a few numbers.. the only time we give that is post close when we are setting up ach payments.

Anyway, I have been trying to reach out to her in regards to how she plans on paying rent and she needs to know who and where to send it, she was paying the previous owner via ACH and I would rather just get a check or cash.

My usual pitch is the tenant can avoid a $50 late charge by paying with a CC, but the CC usually has a fee around $25 - $30 for the transaction.I use Propertyware and can accept credit/debit cards or ACH payments.ARe you using an online application system to receive and process applications?
