The only somewhat desirable one is Pine Ridge South, which is in Whiting.The Crestwooods in Whiting aren't gated so it would be easy enough to do a few drive by's.

I also found the webinars from Pine Financial group very helpful.

Pine Bluff and Texarkana showed losses, and the rest of the state showed modest gains.

Too often it's cheap pine that has oranged/yellowed over the years and you're not preserving anything fantastic.  

Owner's father built the units in 2008 (they are adorable with knotty pine interiors) and lived on the property but died in July 2020, and she wants to offload them. 

My concern is that there are pine floors upstairs.
