Asking for feedback - what flooring do you like - current BRRR of a two unit that will turn into a long term rental - floors are LVP flooring

1. Midnight Oak

2 Amber hickory

3 Fairfield Hickory

4. Oak

Area is C+/ B-    .  As you can see there is alot of existing wood trim that  I would like to keep as it is very solid  is only on door and stair railway

No. 3. Take the baseboard off the wall, lay the flooring and then put the baseboard back. Don't try to put the flooring inside the baseboard.
