1) High Property taxes and corrupt government (which leads to increasing property taxes) results in population migrations across the borders (to Indiana and to Wisconsin).

Over time the good, high volume realtors tend to migrate towards the cheaper brokerages and they will usually be more than willing to give you a few companies names.

I migrated from Thailand to the U.S.

My wife has a wellness center right on the edge of South Lake Union, and there already 10,000+ tech employees into an expected 50,000+ migration over 5 years.

This will take the tax burden off of the blue collar neighborhoods, keeping the city stable and reducing the out-migration to avoid taxes. 

Kernersville is a great area where a lot of folks are migrating to.

A bit about myself: Originally from Colombia but migrated to the US in my teens to go to college.

People are migrating to warmer climates (I believe for mostly personal reasons) and people tend to invest where they live.
