Did you look under the "NETWORK" menu at the top of the screen?

We have to update our website menu structure to go to the new site, etc.   

Del Toro seems very open about costs but I will be honest in saying I do not understand what everything on their menu of services actually is.The owner occupied nugget was gleaned from a @Dion DePaoli post that I have since lost track of.

On Jeff's site, you will find a menu link to his wholesaling videos.

If you have access to the MLS this agent would belong to and they are a Realtor(TM) you can find them there under the search drop down menu, select "agent" and type in the name. 

Prices would be fixed for various activities and would be available on a sort of "menu." 

As soon as you choose "TaxDeed" in the "Auction Type" drop down menu you will be able to enter the upcoming date, Case Status, Opening Bid (min & max), Assessed Value (min & max), etc...Then click "Search Report"  As soon as it generates the list you can then export to a .csvHope this helps. 

Under the tools menu, it is called FilePlace and there are forms for wholesaling.

Left of that is the alert menu, and just left of that is the search icon - magnifying glass.

To make tagging work properly type the @ and the first few letters of the name and then select the name from the drop-down menu.
