I know the overall market seems to be cooling some, but where do you see Blue Island property value going in the next 5-10 years?

Not really cool to be handing new tenants a block to fix the flooring with however.

So get liquid and get to know people who are liquid because the debt markets are going to punish valuations in a big way starting in Q2 2025 

I am a nice person but I do burn out on feeling like im being let down so it does sometimes take some patience (and space from your phone) so you don’t loose your cool because you do NOT want to make a bad name for yourself with the agency

If you aren't confident in other management prospects then liquidating the property and looking at some other investment avenues may be the best option.

Just keep a few things in mind: First, make sure the mortgage lender’s cool with the arrangement, as some have rules around subleasing or leasing to an LLC.
