You really don't need a RE license if you're flipping a couple of houses a year.

A CT licensed atty will need to be used to close the sale of the property.

Get you real estate license, start working for a property management company, whatever it takes.

If you’re moving here from out of town, I recommend scheduling your DMV appointment early to switch your license – we didn’t, and the wait ended up being months long!

In my state, you must be a licensed real estate agent to property manage.
