My understand basically is that you network/market to the folks that are selling senior care living facility beds with the idea that most seniors need to sell their house that they have owned for decades and is probably full of junk in order to afford the living facility.

Or those that leverage bit coin at the wrong time and lost hundreds of thousands on that play.. and for sure character assassination on the internet is not going to right the ship crazy  I do not work for Norada I have never met Marko.. my points are that you folks simply did not do enough due diligence up front and were blinded by the high returns and clearly did not understand the risks of unsecured notes/Junk bonds..

Mind you they were never talking to me directly like many buyers do, they directed everything through their agent.This was in July 2018 at the was the last I heard from them until a law suit came in the mail in October 2019.

what I really watch out for is JUNK fee's you may have 1 point origination but by the time you add up the junk fee's your really paying about 4 points or more.. this is the only way they can stay in business.. there is no way a lender can do a loan as you describe and the sum total of their income is 1200 bucks..
