It's remarkably tough to process this info intelligently. 

Community Intelligence Unit (CIU): This is a police unit that is very public facing, and I imagine that a lot of agencies around the country, if they're of a fair size, likely have some version of this same thing.

Here is intelligent advise taking all facts into account: Find a well referred and rated PM service who will do tenant placement for you, and tell them your position, and ask if you could be as involved as possible in the process so that you can learn and experience from it, not micro-manage.

I have recently started to save intelligently to put away some cash for future deals. 

I am thinking about a fairly last second trip across country to attend the Intelligent Investors Real Estate Conference 2020 in L.A. - https://www.intelligentinvesto...Since it's going to cost an arm and a leg when you include travel and hotels, I wanted to find out if anyone has been to it previously and, if so, was it worth it?

It's not specifically a MF conference, but the Intelligent Investors REC in LA January 25-26, 2020 is anticipated to be remarkably valuable this year.

\,,,,the lender is just interested in the sellers income and ability to pay.In a word ,,one guy says can & one guy says you cant and I like and respect both these guys and have spoken to them many times.Both have great reputations.Needless to say this really changes the "Paint Job" on my explanation of Lease Purchase to possible Sellers and  Tenant  Buyer Candidates I talk to every day trying to do Lease Option deals and I need to form an intelligent opinion about this issue.Any help greatly appreciatedDave Doyle
