Looking at purchasing a large apartment complex using sub2.Owners willing to do a sub2 for capital injection to help turn the operations around. 

You inject it in the system, top off the gas, and it seals most leaks.  

I don't believe we saw a permanent change in the housing market in typical STR locations, maybe a little inflation but these places got overpriced quick - the demand rose due to low interest rates and money injected into the economy by the Fed and supply simply couldn't keep up.

Maybe you can inject some money into the property to make it as livable as possible and turn around and flip it. 

After housing prices went up, I was able to refi at 20% to remove PMI without injecting any additional funds.

And those windows aren't entry level windows - they are the more "advanced" windows with radon gas injected, etc. 

It could go on depending on your point view, and i'm someone will inject accounting principals...

For fentanyl contamination; understand that the folks who are overdosing on fentanyl (which is very powerful, as you mentioned) are generally injecting it directly into a vein.

Likewise, you cannot inject value into the IRA via the provision of goods or services above and beyond basic administration.
