Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $202,000
Cash invested: $25,000
Bought this home just before the pandemic in hopes of putting a tenant in right away. When COVID hit, I decided to live in it for a bit to weather the storm. Have a great tenant in place since 2021 on a 2 yr lease.
How did you finance this deal?
5% down conventional. After housing prices went up, I was able to refi at 20% to remove PMI without injecting any additional funds.
