In fact new apartment complexes now include health clubs , gyms, swimming pools, while costing a little more, is something useful, compared to a beautiful lawn they couldn't use, but a nuisance if I charged for it by not including mowing.

Then I hit the gym. 

Plus the rewards program, free breakfast, pool, gym, etc.The hardest part for me about STR is the variety in quality.

I still live at home with my parents and have no legitimate bills other than a gym membership and phone bill, so I am able to save approximately $2k each month.

: CrossFit gym, karate studio, coffee shop or cafe, regional bank, nail salon are all service oriented ideas that I'd like to see when leasing in strip malls.

I'm a daily audible user, I love audio books, documentaries and pod cast, during commute and gym.

It's like going to the gym for some people.

My credit score is in the mid-700s and aside from housing, I really only pay about $250 out of pocket for car/insurance/gym/etc.I apologize if I rambled, but I would love to hear some thoughts about what you would do in my situation. -- Long-long-term, I would like to have many rental properties while flipping houses and working as a real estate agent as my career.

As a business owner(my wife and I own a gym as well) it is my sole responsibility to ensure my member’s satisfaction, within reason.  

We are building a gym, installing a dog park, and updating the office, which will include a business center for resident's use.
