If you’re trying to flip, what’s the point of fixing up the inside if the exterior still looks like an abandoned lot?

I have a rental in Point Breeze that I am trying to rent to a section 8 tenant.

This is a good tenant of 5+ years, and I don’t want to cause unnecessary friction (I’m just trying to set up automatic systems for myself).

Try networking locally with HML's who know the market.

So you use hard money or cash, fix it, resell it...and try to resale fast.
