While some of us do understand what's going on with Dodd-Frank, and it doesn't apply to commercial loans, there is a flavor that has been set in dealing with residential properties, some won't agree I'm sure, but any deal between two small investors are not going to be viewed as sophisticated high capital commercial transactions, it's going to have an individual flavor to it even if it is in a business entity name.

But this is a process that has more in common with creating a new flavor of ice cream rather than ownership of an ice cream franchise.

In addition to Bogleheads and Wallstreetbets as mentioned: - SeekingAlpha- Motley Fool- Bloomberg/WSJ- Major brokerage sites like Etrade have parts of their platform dedicated to analysis as well- OptionAlpha (for Options of course)- RedditAll good sites offering different flavors for investing in stocks. 

Are investors looking for individual STRs of either flavor, or is the appetite for larger portfolios of multiple STR assets? 

I don’t think there’s much wrong with the photos, but I’d recommend adding some color and local flavor in the decor, doubling down on those exterior-lighted photos, and changing the order of the photos, which are currently scattered across a variety of different rooms and spaces.
