Since you don't have a lot of familiarity with this type of product and you're self-admittedly not a numbers guy, Excel has a lot of resources online where you can quickly Google any questions you have about the software and have hundreds of answers at your fingertips.

The only black towels we ever use are fingertip towels that are embroidered “make up remover” so there is no mistaken its function.

I end up using it for all my notes and can have them at my fingertips on any device I am using at the time.

Time and date stamps are at your fingertips rather than having to choose a menu option to get this information.

I agree with @Larry Fried and @James Wise.They have a very comfortable presentation tool, with all the deal analytics there at your finger tips, title reports, inspections, etc. 

having a Rockstar of a lender at your fingertips is (IMO) one of the secrets to success in this business!

So, you won't be seeing fire from my fingertips blazing on a topic but you can expect, at times, a firm approach on an issue that can get others in trouble.

(unless fire comes from my worn out finger tips, it can be personal to me but not addressed so to others, LOL)What you need is more knowledge so that you can bring more entrepreneurship to the table.
