I've done what I can; now I wait to see how much a beating I take.What does keep me up at night is the potential for lower velocity of the USD w/ global recession, oil exporters testing other currencies etc.My shot in the dark prediction:  2024- high interest rates lead to equality issue, which lead to the Govt "good idea fairy" running rampage, which leads to next banking and housing collapse in 2028, in time for China taking over global currency in 2030. 

And many other features like the maintenance coordination and exporting data into your spreadsheets, etc. 

I have been doing QB export to CSV & then retrofitting the Buildium templates with the data from the CSV file (it just doesn’t all flood in correctly) Any help would be appreciated! 

It's a good idea to have this tool that can tabulate all the expenses at the end of the year and export to my accountant for tax filing, but the software is buggy.

Just wondering if you can export a list from foreclosures.com to use to skip trace?

Would I just have to visually scan it and delete the ones that are obviously no good, prior to running a campaign or export it to Excel, run some script that takes care of this and import it back in?

Most vendors you use will let you export a property search to csv, or .xls.

As the US looks for more supply, Europe has extra to export.3.
