It's a marginal deal at best were the seller is wanting a premium price.Your profile however says you want to get out of your profession and to be free.Putting 80,000 of your hard earned cash on a retail deal isn't going to help you escape the rat race.

I have never seen one of these reports that stated anything beyond what I have been able to see for myself, and as one previous author pointed out, there are a lot of escape clauses and loose language in terms of what might be.
